I’m Rumysa (Rumi in short)! I am a certified Integrative Health Practitioner that helps people discover the underlying root cause issues holding them back from a vibrant life.
For as long as i’ve remembered, I have struggled with gut + hormonal issues. My passion for health and wellness and for others to live their healthiest self is what has brought me on this journey.
i’m a wife and mom of two lovely girls who are my world : )
I’m a law grad from UoL (funny where life takes you!) and also a certified organic skincare formulator.
I’d unexplained acne through out my late teens/ early twenties (albeit not severe), constant gut and sinus issues. I was put on accutane for a year. Fast forward 10+ years, i’d my second daughter followed by some severe hormonal health issues. Underlying root causes that were never ever known, discussed or addressed time after time I went to several ND’s etc.
I got into health and wellness a decade ago for my girls. Today, I’m on a mission to get this information out and let people know how healing is absolutely possible. I have made it a point to learn and unlearn and went back to school to learn & practice functional health.
I know exactly how it’s like to feel isolated, unheard and unsupported from doctors, family and friends regarding your health struggles. My own journey of unexplained gut issues and post-partum hormonal issues have taught me SO much over the years.
I’m here to show you it doesn’t have to be like this. If you’re feeling lost and overwhelmed when it comes to finding a solution to get better on your own, spending thousands of dollars on products and treatments but still not getting better, I want you to know healing IS possible and you CAN get well.
